• All content and material on www.herafitness.co.nz is owned by Hera Fitness; all works are protected by international copyright laws. Under this law, you must not copy or modify materials for any public display (commercial or non-commercial).

• If for any reason Hera Fitness is unable to fulfill your order, an email will be sent out to the affected customer explaining the issue in further detail. 

• We are unable to amend your order once it has been submitted - so remember to check your basket and shipping information prior to submitting your order.

• Hera Fitness reserves the right to cancel or reject your order, with a reason behind the decision communicated with the customer.

• Hera Fitness may run address and payment checks prior to shipping out your order. This helps us ensure that your payment has been successful, and your address is legitimate. 

• Your personal information will never be disclosed, sold or shared with a third party or any entity other than Hera Fitness. Should you wish to delete all of your stored content on our web site, please contact us via. email.

• Should Hera Fitness choose to share any content posted online by our customers, we will contact you for approval prior to doing so. A Talent Release form may be required to be signed by the customer.

• Hera Fitness reserves the right to change the price of a product at any time. Any orders placed prior to the pricing change can not be amended to the updated price. Prices are non-negotiable.
