Refund policy

​Thank you for visiting our Hera Fitness Website, the following information reflects on our Returns Policy.

• Returns or exchanges only apply to goods with any of the following faults: Incorrect Order or Faulty Product

• Approval for a return or exchange is assessed on a case by case basis

• Our policy's align with New Zealand's Consumer guarantees Act.

• Please do not return goods without contacting us first

• Should you wish to return a product, this must be done within 30 days of purchase. Depending on the case, the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

• Returned products must be in original condition, unwashed and unworn. The product must be returned in the original packaging with all tags and materials attached.

• Hera Fitness is not responsible for any lost or stolen items returned. We recommend using a delivery service that offers a tracking number.
