Shipping policy

​Thank you for visiting our Hera Fitness Website, the following information reflects on our Shipping Policy.

​NEW ZEALAND WIDE SHIPPING

  • ALL SHIPPING IN NEW ZEALAND OVER THE PRICE OF $25.00 IS FREE
  • Purchases under $25.00 will incur a $5.00 flat rate courier fee
  • All orders made on herafitness.co.nz are dispatched from Taupo, New Zealand via Pass The Parcel.
  • Please note that shipping times are only an approximate and may vary - especially during sale and launch periods. Shipping to standard residential addresses are approximately up to three business days, rural shipping can take an additional two days.   
  • Hera Fitness is not responsible / liable for packages delayed due to reasons beyond our control
  • Orders will be delivered directly to the address stated by the customer when the order is placed. It is your responsibility to ensure that all details and items are correct upon checkout. The customer will be held liable for all costs if incorrect shipping details are entered.
  • All orders will have a tracking number that will be sent out by email. Please allow up to 24-48 hours for your tracking number to update and register. 
  • Hera Fitness is not responsible for any stolen or lost packages, but we will help with the process of tracking it down.

    INTERNATIONAL/AUSTRALIA SHIPPING

    • Shipping to Australia is a flat rate of $17.
    • All orders made on Herafitness.co.nz are dispatched from Taupo, New Zealand via DHL International.
    • Please note that shipping times are only an approximate and may vary - especially during sale and launch periods. Shipping to standard residential addresses are approximately three-five business days, rural shipping can take an additional four days.   
    • Once your parcel has been passed on to DHL you will receive email updates from DHL themselves, DHL offers the option for you to change your delivery details via your tracking link. 
    • Please note that Hera Fitness is not liable for any customs clearances fees that are required by your country, we also are not responsible for the delay in delivery caused by customs (if your order is over $1000, you will incur a customs import charge sent to you via your govt customs).
    • Hera Fitness is not responsible for any stolen or lost packages, but we will help with the process of tracking it down.

    PLEASE NOTE: Once your Hera order has been handed on to the Pass The Parcel/DHL center, it is now in the hands of the shipping carrier. We have no control on the whereabouts once it has left the distribution center. Your first point of contact shall always be your tracking number, then the shipping carrier, we will however endeavor to help locate your order, but cannot be held liable.
